More than ever, we want to keep you in your comfort zone -- especially as you spend even more time in your home during these uncertain times. 

Fisher H&AC is considered an essential service and we continue to make adjustments to remain vigilant in our efforts to minimize the health risks our communities are facing.

Here is what we are doing, how you can help, and what has not changed:

  • At Your Home 

    • We will still greet you with a big smile, just not the handshake. (Let us know and we'll do an Air-5, a Toe Tap, or just a too-cool-for-school Head Nod.)

    • Our workers are outfitted with shoe covers and normal personal protective equipment like gloves, eyewear, masks, and sanitizer. We've also acquired some locally made face shields.

    • Fleet vehicles and tools are wiped down with a recommended sanitizing bleach solution.

  • At Our Shop & Office 

    • The building is now open to delivery personnel and customers without symptoms, but we encourage you to utilize contactless pick-up transactions.

  • How You Can Help 

    • Before your service or installation, let us know ahead of time if anyone in your home is at higher-risk or having any flu-like symptoms. We can work together to come up with a plan to ensure everyone’s collective well-being, and still get your system running.

We will be happy to take your order over the phone, arrange a contact-free transaction, and process your transaction. Let us know when you'll arrive and your items will be ready outside.
