Vince Fisher Vince's experience in the HVAC business dates back to his high school and college days when he helped his dad do electrical, heating and air conditioning work. After graduating from Wichita State University, Vince worked for an HVAC company in Wichita before moving back to the Burrton area. In 1980, Fisher H&AC was established. After more than 43 years in service, Vince has the expertise to make sure your comfort needs are met.	Lora Fisher Lora is a graduate of Wichita State University. She taught at Mt. Hope Elementary and Berean Academy before joining her husband full-time as office manager in 2005. She now primarily serves as our accountant and payroll clerk -- this way she can spend more time with her 2 grandsons!	Doug Schroeder Doug Schroeder is a Buhler native and has been with us since 2006. He is a highly skilled technician and equipped to solve your comfort needs. As our service department head, he is an expert in keeping your system maintained and running at peak performance. Doug is truly the best tech around!
Marvin Griffith Veteran employee and long-time Burrton native, Marvin Griffith has been with Fisher H&AC since 1987! Marvin will make sure your installation is done professionally and with the utmost care. He is a servant leader, diligent worker, and his tremendous versatility allows him to problem solve any challenges right on the job.	Jorge Fernandez Jorge Fernandez has been with us since 2000 and is an important member of our installation team. Jorge is our sheet metal master, and a highly trusted associate who ensures a quality job. He is also a long time Burrton resident.	Heather Meyer Heather may be the newest member of our team, but she is already an integral part that keeps this machine moving. She manages our office, fields your calls, and attempts to keep us all in line. She and her family are long time Burrton natives.
Chad Wahlgren After working summers since 2015, Chad joined the team full time in 2019. He assists with operations and sales, as well as lending a hand with installations. He also fills in around the office. He spent 16+ years as an educator and coach in the Newton and Buhler school districts.
