When we ask new customers how they heard about us, they repeatedly respond with names of our current customers! We thrive on these customer referrals and good ol' fashion word of mouth. In 40-plus years we have never come close to following the recommended percentages the "experts" insist we should spend on advertising. This actually keeps our overhead at a minimum, and ultimately saves you money.
They say quality speaks for itself, but we know it is YOU, the customer, who speaks the best for us... and we have a binder overflowing with cards and notes that say so!
